The yard

Below grade
and above it.

HyChance Building Services LLC is a heavy site-work contractor in Logan, Utah, working two sections. CUT covers sixty-four items below and at grade: excavating and earthmoving, demolition and deconstruction, drilled foundations — caissons, piers, shafts, helical piles — blasting and hydrodemolition, dewatering, septic and drainage systems, rights-of-way cutting, mine site prep, and operated-equipment rental. PAD covers forty-eight items on the surface: asphalt and concrete paving, pavers and flatwork, fencing, erection of signs, scaffolds, elevators and safety nets, manufactured-home set-up, pools, tank lining, underpinning and specialty work.

The yard sits at 59 S 300 W, Logan, Utah 84321. This website is our scope log — it describes what we do. It is not a bid, not a work order, not a locate ticket and not a rental agreement.

Locates before buckets

No bucket, bore rod or blast hole touches the ground before utility locates are in hand through 811 and the written scope is signed. That's a standing rule, not a suggestion.

Machine and operator together

Our rental lines (C-01, C-03, C-10, C-14, C-16, C-29, C-46, C-50, P-15) are operated rentals only — we don't send bare equipment out the gate.

Verify before you pay

Invoices and change orders are verified by phone at a number you already have. We never email new wire instructions out of the blue.

Is this website a bid, a work order or a rental agreement?
No. It is a scope log of what we are equipped and licensed to do. Every job is priced and governed by a written, signed agreement.
Can we rent a machine without an operator?
No. Every equipment line on our sheet — backhoe, bulldozer, crawler, power shovel, picker truck, the crane and general construction machinery — is rented with an operator. We don't do bare rentals.
Do you do mining or underwater work?
Our scope expressly excludes them: blast hole drilling and line slashing exclude mining and maintenance respectively, C-30 excludes overburden removal at open pit mines and quarries, and trenching (C-60) excludes underwater work.
What about hazardous materials?
Underground tank removal (C-61) excludes hazardous-material tanks — those require specialized remediation contractors and regulatory process.
Do you handle utilities before digging?
Always. Every excavation starts with an 811 locate ticket and a signed scope. Clients should never schedule a cut on our say-so alone — the locate comes first.
How do we book?
Send a cut request through the contact page, email contact.wenjie.zhao@bdrhold.shop, or call +1 (234) 446-9550. We walk the site, then issue a written proposal.
