These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by HyChance Building Services LLC ("HyChance," "we," "us") at bdrhold.shop. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. These terms concern the website only — site work and equipment rentals are governed by written, signed agreements and applicable law.
This site is a scope log describing the work of HyChance Building Services LLC across two sections: CUT — earthwork, demolition, drilling and operated rentals (items C-01–C-64) — and PAD — paving, fencing, erection and specialty trades (items P-01–P-48). It exists so owners and general contractors can see our scope and reach the yard.
Equipment lines are operated rentals only — machine and operator together; we do not offer bare-equipment rental, and general equipment lines (C-14, C-29, C-46) expressly exclude cranes, which carry their own line (P-15). Listed exclusions are real and kept: blast hole drilling excludes mining (C-04); line slashing and right-of-way cutting exclude maintenance work (C-45, C-51, C-53); mining excavation excludes overburden removal at open pit mines and quarries (C-30); trenching excludes underwater work (C-60); underground tank removal excludes hazardous-material tanks (C-61); cable splicing excludes electrical and fiber optic work (P-09); concrete sawing excludes demolition work, which sits in CUT (P-13 vs C-13); fence work excludes electronic pet-containment systems (P-19, P-20); sign erection excludes highway, street, bridge and tunnel signs (P-39). These boundaries describe our scope only and do not constitute permit or code determinations.
You agree not to:
Submitting the cut-request form or emailing us opens a conversation — nothing more. A sent request signs no agreement, books no machine and dispatches no crew. Do not include confidential site or financial materials until a proper channel is established.
We work to keep the scope log accurate, but make no warranty that content is complete, current or error-free. Whether a particular job can be performed — and at what price and schedule — is determined by the written agreement, the site itself, locates, permits and the authorities having jurisdiction.
Site design, text, graphics and the "Cut Section" concept belong to HyChance Building Services LLC and its developer, HyChance b. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation; other reproduction requires written permission.
Links to other sites are conveniences, not endorsements. We are not responsible for third-party content, security or practices.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYCHANCE BUILDING SERVICES LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). THIS CAP APPLIES TO WEBSITE USE ONLY — it does not limit obligations or liabilities under signed work orders, rental agreements or applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HyChance Building Services LLC from claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of this site, your breach of these terms, or your submission of unlawful or unauthorized content.
We will never send unsolicited emails requesting payments, wire transfers, new bank details or signed documents outside your agreement. If you receive such a request appearing to come from us, treat it as fraud and call +1 (234) 446-9550 to verify — do not reply to the suspicious message.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cache County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
