1. Scope of this policy

This policy covers information collected through bdrhold.shop (pages visited, form submissions, correspondence) and information received in the ordinary course of our heavy site work — estimates, work orders, locate tickets, rental agreements and job files. It does not govern third-party websites we link to, and it supplements — never replaces — confidentiality duties under your agreement or the law.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number and site address sent through the cut-request form or email.
• Job information: site or parcel address, scope descriptions, dimensions and depths, schedules, and photos or drawings you share.
• Job file: where work proceeds, the signed work order, locate and permit records, daily logs, inspection results, rental tickets and closeout documents reasonably required to perform and document the job.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, collected by our hosting provider for security and delivery.
• No tracking pixels: we do not run advertising pixels or cross-site trackers on this website.

2.3 Information we do not want

Do not send payments, wire instructions, signed work orders or account numbers through website forms or ordinary email. Payments and executed documents follow the signed agreement and are verified by phone.

3. How we use information

• Responding to cut requests and scheduling site visits.
• Preparing proposals, work orders and rental agreements.
• Running the job: locate tickets, permits, dispatch, daily logs, haul tickets and closeout.
• Maintaining job files, safety records and equipment logs.
• Meeting legal, tax, licensing, safety and record-keeping obligations under Utah and federal law.
• Protecting property owners, the public, the company and our crews from fraud and impersonation, and enforcing our terms.

4. Legal bases & consent

We process personal information to respond to requests you initiate, to prepare and perform agreements you are party to, to comply with legal obligations (safety records, permits, tax, retention), and for legitimate interests in running a safe, professional site-work operation. Where consent is the basis you may withdraw it by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect prior processing.

5. Disclosure of information

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with:

• Subcontractors, operators and suppliers — only what they need to price and perform their part of the job;
• Utility locate services and permitting authorities as required to work safely and lawfully;
• Service providers hosting, email and records systems under confidentiality obligations;
• Regulators, inspectors and courts where the law requires;
• Successors if the company is reorganized or merged, subject to the same confidentiality.

6. Confidentiality of job files

Work orders, site plans, logs and rental files are confidential. Access is limited to personnel who need it for the job. We do not discuss your site or schedule with third parties without authorization or lawful compulsion.

7. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards: restricted access to job files, encryption in transit for hosted services, and phone verification before acting on any instruction that changes banking, scope or schedule. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as the law requires.

8. Retention

• Cut requests: retained while the job is being discussed; declined inquiries are archived or deleted within 24 months.
• Job files: work orders, locate records, logs, permits and closeout documents are retained for the periods required by Utah law, safety rules and our records schedule.
• Server logs: retained by the hosting provider under its own schedule.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and may object to certain processing. 10. Children

This website addresses property owners and job-site correspondents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Impersonation & payment-fraud warning

We will never email you unexpected wire instructions, new bank details, payment demands or requests for signed documents outside your agreement. If you receive such a message claiming to be from HyChance, verify by phone at +1 (234) 446-9550 before acting — using a number you already know, not one from the suspicious message.
